How long does shipping take?
US orders ship in 5–7 business days. Canada, UK and Australia in 7–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — free shipping for the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Other countries available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Use our live tracking page with your order number, or click the link in your shipping confirmation email.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. See full details on our Refund Policy page.

Who pays for return shipping?
For US returns, we provide a prepaid label. For international returns, the customer covers return shipping.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.

How does Newcut Studio fit?
Our cut is designed to flatter every body shape — highlights your chest, hides your belly, no effort. We recommend ordering your usual size.

What sizes do you offer?
S, M, L, XL. Detailed measurements are on each product page.

Will it shrink in the wash?
Our t-shirts are pre-shrunk. Wash cold and tumble dry low to keep the shape intact.

What material is used?
Premium 100% combed cotton, 220 GSM — thick enough to hold its shape, soft enough to feel like your favorite tee.

How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach.

Where is it made?
Designed in the US, ethically manufactured.
