Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom packs (Compose Your Pack)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@newcutstudio.com with your order number to receive return instructions. We respond within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items shipped by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
