Track My Order
Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking email with a live link to follow your package step by step. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days in the US, and 7–10 business days for Canada, UK and Australia.
Find your tracking link
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you (subject: “Your Newcut Studio order is on its way”).
- Click the Track your order button — it opens a live map with the real-time status of your package.
- You can also log in to your Newcut Studio account to see all your orders and tracking links in one place.
Order not shipped yet?
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). Once it’s out the door, you’ll get the shipping email automatically.
Email never arrived?
- Check your spam / promotions folder — most missing emails are hiding there.
- Make sure you used the right email address at checkout.
- If it’s still missing after 48h, ping us at contact@newcutstudio.com with your order number and we’ll resend it within 24h.
Package marked as delivered but missing?
It happens — carriers sometimes scan packages as “delivered” a day early. Wait 48 hours, check with your neighbors and the building manager, then reach out to us at contact@newcutstudio.com. We’ve got your back.
